It all began with the joy of traveling—experiencing, touching, and tasting everything new. Growing up in Spain, I learned early on that gathering around food is among life's greatest joys. With a deep-seated desire to share my cuisine and culture with others, I found myself immersed in Hong Kong’s fast-paced hospitality industry for many years. Those experiences shaped my understanding of service and the art of culinary presentation, but my longing for home never waned. My heart ached to introduce the rich flavors of Spain—especially the beloved dishes from my hometown of Seville—to a wider audience.
